Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the team at Shavery, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of reserved services. No shows will be charged 100% of reserved service amount. When you miss an appointment a credit card will be needed to secure your next appointment. You will have to call the shop to book. We appreciate your respect of our cancellation policy.

Redo/Fixit:

We love to get it just right. If you need any adjustments to your service please let us know as soon as possible. Our services are guaranteed . Please honor our one week grace period for all adjustments

Methods of Payement

Visa, MC AMEX, Checks, Cash, Venmo, Zelle, & Cash App are accepted

Gift Cards

  • Are available in any denomination digital or physical. Revery or Shavery physical cards are always served with branded swag/samples.

Pets

While we love our fuzzy friends we cask that pets do not accompany you to your reservation.

Children

Please consider a Jr Stylist or New Talent for you children's service as we do not have a child's price list.

Product Returns

We want you to love our products as much as we do if you need an exchange or return please do so within 30 days of purchase.

Our work is guaranteed. Please honor our one week grace period for all service adjustments .
